Support for Sport are committed to providing Tennis Players and Coaches with the opportunity to improve and maintain their Mental Health.

Having been involved in Performance Tennis for the last 12 years, Joe has been fortunate enough to be involved day to day in the Sport he loves, playing a part in young athletes' journeys whilst travelling the world. However, as amazing and productive as Sport can undoubtedly be, it can be challenging for players and coaches for the following reasons.

  • Linking self–worth to Performance
  • Comparison of self to others
  • Overworking and a lack of work/life balance

We also realise that for many Tennis Players and Coaches, tennis isn't a lucrative sport and this can lead to ignoring issues and hoping they go away by themselves; we are here to help prevent that.
